“一带一路”国家间食品安全标准化水平对出口的影响

摘要 食品安全对食品贸易有重大的影响,而食品安全标准化水平是影响食品安全和质量的重要因素。为探究食品安全标准化水平对“一带一路”国家间食品贸易的影响,本文利用引力模型研究了2008—2019年中国与“一带一路”沿线国家食品安全标准化水平差距对中国七类食品产品出口的影响。实证结果表明:首先,食品安全标准化水平差距每提高1%,食品出口增加0.11%,即中国较进口国标准化水平越高,越有利于中国相关食品产品的出口。其次,数据显示,食品安全标准化水平的相对提高,对贸易的促进作用和阻碍作用相互抵消,但促进作用略大于阻碍作用。最后,依据结论提出了相应的政策建议,以供参考。 Food safety has a significant impact on food trade,and the level of food safety standardization is an important factor aff ecting food safety and quality.In order to investigate the impact of food safety standardization on food trade among the countries along“Belt and Road”,this study investigates the impact of food safety standardization gap between China and the countries along“Belt and Road”countries from 2008 to 2019 by using a gravity model to further explore the infl uence on China’s exports of seven types of food products.The empirical results show that,fi rst,for every 1%increase in the food safety standardization gap,food exports increase by 0.11%,i.e.,the higher the standardization level in China compared to the importers,the more favorable it is for China’s exports of related food products.Second,the data show that the relative increase in the level of food safety standardization counteracts the facilitating and hindering effects on trade,but the facilitating effect is slightly greater than the hindering effect.Finally,corresponding policy recommendations are proposed for reference based on the fi ndings.
