上海市某社区老年性听力障碍患者健康状况调查

Investigation on the Current Quality of Life of Patients with Senile Hearing Impairment in a Certain Community of Shanghai

目的:调查并分析老年性听力障碍患者的生存现状。方法:2020年随机抽取上海市浦东新区新场社区卫生服务中心管辖区域内≥60岁的老年性听力障碍患者148例,采用问卷调查的方法对其健康状况进行调查。结果:所有患者健康档案中都缺少与听力相关的医疗信息记录,仅有53.38%的患者选择去医院就诊,经SF-36简明健康调查表调查,患者一般健康状况得分为(48.68±12.36)分。结论:社区老年性听力障碍患者健康状况欠佳,在其健康档案中关于听力情况没有完整的记录,建议建立以社区多学科团队为主导的一体化社区慢性病管理系统,加强社区健康管理,完善双向转诊及康复教育措施,从而改善患者的健康状况。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the survival status of elderly patients with hearing impairment in a community of Shanghai.METHODS The data of general situation and quality of life of elderly patients with hearing impairment were analyzed by questionnaire.RESULTS The general information questionnaire showed that there was a lack of records of hearing related medical information in the health records of all patients.Only 53.38%of the patients chose to go to the hospital.SF-36 scale showed that the general health status score of the patients was(48.68±12.36).CONCLUSION The quality of life of elderly hearing impaired patients in a community of Shanghai was poor,the treatment process was cumbersome and lack of health management.Therefore,it was necessary to establish an integrated community chronic disease management system led by community multidisciplinary team under the support of the medical consortium,strengthen community health management and improve two-way referral and rehabilitation education measures,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
