本文基于Skyline软件平台,通过卫星影像的预处理、数据集构建、数据集发布、调用与可视化应用等关键技术进行卫星影像的管理与发布,并提出了海量卫星影像管理与发布平台构架,能获得较高的管理和发布效率,且易于实现,是工程应用中一条可行的技术路线。

Based on the Skyline platform,this article manages and publishes satellite images through key technologies such as satellite image preprocessing,data set construction,data set Web publication,call and visual application,and the framework of massive satellite image management and Web publication platform is proposed,which can achieve high management and Web publication efficiency and is easy to implement,it is a feasible technology roadmap in engineering application.
