声音资源档案化管理的思考

Thoughts on the Archival Management of Sound Resources

新技术的产生以及互联网的发展促使声音资源最大程度利用成为可能,声音内容真假难辨与重要信息湮灭成为声音资源管理过程中亟待解决的主要问题。本文分析当前国内、外声音资源管理的理论以及实践探索中的进展和不足,提出声音资源档案化管理的建议与对策,以期提高声音资源的重视程度,加大对声音资源的留存力度,保存更多声音记忆。

The emergence of new technologies and the development of Internet makes it possible to maximize the use of sound resources.Difficulty in distinguishing the authenticity of sound content and the annihilation of important information have become the main problems that need to be resolved in the process of sound resource management.This article analyzes the current domestic and foreign sound resource management theory and the progress and shortcomings in the practical exploration,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures for the archival management of sound resources,in order to increase the importance of sound resources,increase the retention and preservation of sound resources more sound memory.
