摘要
近年来,随着人口流动性的加强以及人才就业自由度的提升,记载着各种人才信息的人事档案成为企业追溯人才过往经历的依据。在档案部门的倡导下,人事档案数字化工作在全国各地如火如荼地进行。本文从数据采集角度入手,探索数字化人事档案与人才画像技术在人力资源管理领域的结合运用,对人才画像在人力资源规划、招聘、培训等六大人力资源管理模块中的应用提出建议。
In recent years,with the strengthening of population mobility and the improvement of talents employment freedom,personnel archives recording various talents information have become the basis for enterprises to trace the past experience of talents.Under the initiative of the archives department,the digitization of personnel archives is in full swing all over the country.From the perspective of data collection,this paper explores the combined application of digitalized personnel archives and talents portrait technology in the field of human resource management,and puts forward some suggestions on the application of talents portrait in six human resource management modules,such as human resource planning,recruitment and cultivating.
