伴有2个t(15;17)及四倍体核型的急性早幼粒细胞白血病1例报道
摘要
急性早幼粒细胞白血病(a cute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)是急性髓细胞白血病(acute myelogenous leukemia,AML)的一个亚型,染色体核型为伴有t(15;17)的二倍体核型,形成PML/RARα融合基因[1]。临床上伴有2个t(15;17)及四倍体核型的APL比较少见,目前仅见16例报道[2-13],本文报道1例。
