Current legal basis for strict copyright governance and the interpretation of strict are rather vague, generating more prominent problems. While strict copyright protection is an important component of strict copyright governance, there are other important components of strict copyright governance that should not be ignored. Consideration of the integration related to strict copyright governance reveals that the balance between copyright protection and public interest, as well as having access to knowledge and the dynamics of governance needs urgent attention. Continuing to promote the improvement of the copyright system, strengthening the construction of copyright governance infrastructure and following up on the capacity of strict copyright governance, multiple measures and comprehensive governance become possible remedies to optimize copyright governance.
