肺腺癌患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6水平及与预后的关系

Serum Levels of IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-6 in Patients with Lung Adenocarcinoma and Their Relationship with Prognosis

目的研究肺腺癌患者血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,并分析其与肺腺癌患者预后的关系。方法将本院2018年7月—2020年7月收治的86例肺腺癌作为研究组,另将同期我院体检健康者94例作为对照组。对比研究组治疗前后与对照组血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6水平;比较预后不良与预后良好肺腺癌患者治疗前血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6水平,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析治疗前血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6水平对肺腺癌预后不良的预测价值。结果血清IFN-γ水平研究组治疗前<研究组治疗后<对照组,IL-4、IL-6水平研究组治疗前>研究组治疗后>对照组(P<0.05)。预后不良组治疗前血清IFN-γ水平低于预后良好组,IL-4及IL-6水平明显高于预后良好组(P<0.01)。ROC曲线分析显示,血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6联合预测肺腺癌预后不良的曲线下面积更高。结论血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6在肺腺癌患者中异常表达,可能与患者预后密切相关,其联合检测可为患者预后评估提供重要参考依据。

Objective To study the levels of serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with lung adenocarcinoma(LAC),and to analyze their association with prognosis of patients with LAC.Methods A total of 86 cases of LAC treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research group,and 94 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-6 in the research group before and after treatment were compared with those in the control group;the levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-6 in LAC patients with poor prognosis and good prognosis before treatment were compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-6 levels before treatment in poor prognosis of LAC.Results Serum IFN-γlevels in research group before treatment were the lowest,followed by those after treatment in research group and those in control group,while the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in the research group before treatment were the highest,followed by those in the research group after treatment and those in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum IFN-γbefore treatment in the poor prognosis group was lower than that in the good prognosis group,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 were significantly higher than those in the good prognosis group(P<0.01).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve of serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-6 combined to predict poor prognosis of LAC was higher.Conclusion Serum IFN-γ,IL-4,and IL-6 are abnormally expressed in patients with LAC,which may be closely related to the prognosis of patients.Combined detection of the three can provide an important reference for the prognosis evaluation of patients.
