加强高职院校基金会治理的策略

Countermeasures to Strengthen Foundation Governance in Higher Vocational Colleges

面向社会筹集资金,发展高等职业教育基金会并提高其治理效能,是解决教育经费不足的必然选择。当前,高职院校基金会存在双重管理、管理模式单一、捐赠规模小且校际差距明显、社会等级评估整体水平偏低等问题。为加强对高职院校基金会的治理,可采取多种措施:更新观念,营造良好的捐赠氛围;树立高职院校基金会特色品牌;拓宽筹资渠道;建立奖励机制,扩充筹资队伍;加大政策支持力度。

Raising funds for the society,developing higher vocational education foundation and strengthening its governance ability are the inevitable choice to solve the shortage of education funds.At present,there are some problems inthe foundation of higher vocational colleges,such as dual management,single management mode,small donation scale,obvious inter school gap,low overall level of social grade evaluation and so on.To strengthen the foundation governance of higher vocational colleges,we must renew our ideas and create a good donation atmosphere;establish the characteristic brand of foundation in higher vocational colleges;broaden financing channels;establish incentive mechanism and expand fund-raising team;increase policy support.
