全面从严治党背景下高校二级党组织纪检委员履职问题探究

Study on the Performance of Discipline Inspection Committee in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline

党的十九大深刻阐述了坚持全面从严治党是坚持和发展新时代中国特色社会主义的基本方略,为推动全面从严治党向纵深发展提供了根本遵循。高校基层党组织纪检委员是高校全面从严治党的重要力量。当前,高校二级党组织纪检委员在队伍建设、体制机制等方面仍存在一些不足,高校应通过创新监督方式、夯实主体责任等相关措施,加强基层纪检委员的作用,推动高校全面从严治党向纵深发展。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)profoundly stated that comprehensively enforcing strict Party self-governance is the basic strategy for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,providing a fundamental guideline for promoting in-depth development of comprehensively enforcing strict Party self-governance.The discipline inspection committee of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities is an important force to comprehensively govern the Party with strict discipline.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the team construction,system and mechanism of the discipline inspection committee of the secondary party organizations in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should strengthen the role of the grassroots discipline inspection committee by innovating supervision methods,consolidating the main responsibility and other relevant measures,and promote the development of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline in colleges and universities to the depth.
