摘要
模拟法庭可以调动大学生学习法律的积极性,增强“思想道德与法治”课实践教学的实效性。根据教学实践中发现的问题,对模拟法庭的概念、定位、组织与实施进行了有益的尝试和探索,认为我校模拟法庭实践教学属于教学型模拟法庭,但又有别于法学专业的模拟法庭,我们将其定位为“思想道德与法治”课实践教学的内容而非教学手段,可以按照六个环节进行组织与实施。
Moot court can mobilize enthusiasm of college students to learn law and enhance the effectiveness of practical teaching of“ideology,morality and rule of law”.According to the problems found in our teaching practice,we explore the concept,positioning,organization and implementation of moot court.We believe that the practical teaching of moot court in our college belongs to teaching simulated court,but it is different from the moot court of law specialty.We position it as the content of practical teaching of“ideology,morality and rule of law”rather than the teaching means.It can be organized and implemented according to six links.Such a design will be beneficial to the implementation of the practical teaching requirements of Ideological and political course.
