高职院校学生实践能力培养研究 ——以四川工程职业技术学院现代物流管理专业为例

Research on the Cultivation of students’Practical Ability in THE Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking Modern Logistics Management Major of SCETC as an Example

本文从企业对学生实践能力的要求出发,分析高职院校学生实践能力培养现状,提出根据专业职业领域和岗位能力要求调整人才培养目标,更新课程体系,优化教学内容,进行“三教”改革,加强学生实践能力训练,全面提升学生的实践能力。

This article,from the requirement of students'practical ability in enterprises,analyzed the current situation of students’practical ability training in the higher vocational colleges,and then put forwarding that according to the professional field and adjust the personnel training goal post ability requirement,in order to update the course system,optimize the teaching content,reforming of“Three T’s,i.e.Teacher,Textbook,Teaching Method”,strengthen students’practical ability training,improve the students'practical ability.
