基于校企深度合作培养技能人才的实践与探索

摘要 基于校企共建的产学研平台,持续探索破解校企深度合作瓶颈,创新校企双主体“1225”育人模式。结合装备制造业行业特点和专业实际,以校企深度融合为基础,以高技能技术人才培养为核心,以教学模式和课程改革为纽带,提高人才培养质量和针对性,实现教学、企业、产业相通。 Based on the industry university research platform jointly built by schools and enterprises,continue to explore and solve the bottleneck of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and innovate the“1225”education mode of school enterprise dual subjects.Combined with the characteristics and professional reality of the equipment manufacturing industry,based on the deep integration of schools and enterprises,the training of high skilled technical talents is aimed as the core,and the teaching mode and curriculum reform as the link,improve the quality and pertinence of talent training,and realize the connection between teaching,enterprises and industries.
