This paper introduces the research and development of a new drum type bias tire cord drum building machine.Compared with the traditional bias tire cord drum building machine,the new machine realizes the following functions:feeding rack conveying of ultra-thin rubber,automatic reversal of cord,cutting of rubber on conveyor belt,intelligent fitting of forming drum,The forming cord drum is automatically unloaded,etc.
