摘要
本文对含铜含镍污泥进行了硫酸酸浸试验研究,分析了pH、反应时间、打浆水量和反应温度对含铜含镍污泥中重金属浸出特性的影响。结果表明,一定反应条件下,污泥中金属离子浸出率均随溶液pH减小而增大;四种金属离子(Cu^(2+)、Ni^(2+)、Cr^(3+)、Fe^(3+))的酸浸浸出率均随浸出时间的延长而增大;pH为1时,金属离子浸出率随打浆水量增加而增大;升高反应温度对浸出反应有促进作用,但最终金属离子浸出率随温度升高略微减小。溶液pH为1,浸出温度为20℃,反应60 min后,Cu^(2+)、Ni^(2+)、Cr^(3+)、Fe^(3+)的浸出率均可超过90%。
In this paper,sulfuric acid leaching experiments are carried out on copper-containing and nickel-containing sludge,and the effects of pH,reaction time,beating water amount and reaction temperature on the leaching characteristics of heavy metals in copper-containing and nickel-containing sludge are analyzed.The results show that under certain reaction conditions,the leaching rate of metal ions in sludge increases with the decrease of solution pH;the acid leaching rates of the four metal ions(Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Cr^(3+),Fe^(3+))increase with the prolongation of the leaching time;when the pH is 1,the leaching rate of metal ions increases with the increase of the beating water amount;increasing the reaction temperature can promote the leaching reaction,but the final metal ion leaching rate decreases slightly with the increase of temperature.When the pH of the solution is 1,the leaching temperature is 20℃,and the reaction is performed for 60 min,the leaching rates of Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Cr^(3+)and Fe^(3+)all exceed 90%.
