动态校准仪臭氧发生器开度测试系统自动化研究

摘要 臭氧污染问题日益严峻,高质量的臭氧监测数据对打赢大气污染防治攻坚战起到基础保障作用。动态校准仪在环境空气自动监测系统运行与质控中具有重要作用。基于臭氧校准仪49i-PS,本研究开发了动态校准仪臭氧发生器开度自动测试系统,使动态校准仪臭氧发生器、臭氧校准仪、工控机及电磁阀有效连接,根据动态校准仪臭氧发生器开度所对应的目标浓度值,实现环境空气自动监测系统运行与质控中量值传递的自动化。 The problem of ozone pollution is becoming more and more serious,and high-quality ozone monitoring data plays a fundamental role in winning the battle against air pollution.The dynamic calibrator plays an important role in the operation and quality control of the ambient air automatic monitoring system.Based on the ozone calibrator 49i-PS,an automatic test system for the opening of the dynamic calibrator ozone generator is developed in this study,so that the dynamic calibrator ozone generator,ozone calibrator,industrial computer and solenoid valve can be effectively connected,and the automation of the operation of the ambient air automatic monitoring system and the transmission of the value in the quality control is realized according to the target concentration value corresponding to the opening degree of the ozone generator of the dynamic calibrator.
