摘要
本文基于某大学典型布局食堂内的现场测试结果,对各食堂内颗粒物浓度和分布进行比较,综合了解食堂内空气品质的普遍状况。在此基础上,借助计算流体力学(CFD)和多区域网络模型技术辅助模拟污染状况,从食堂体型、烹饪区排烟和布置、就餐区通风条件等方面探究各改善方案的有效性。
Based on the field test results in the typical layout canteens of a university,this paper compares the concentration and distribution of particulate matter in each canteen,and comprehensively understands the general situation of air quality in the canteens.On this basis,with the help of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and multi-area network model technology,the pollution situation is simulated,and the effectiveness of each improvement plan is explored from the aspects of canteen size,smoke exhaust and layout in cooking areas,and ventilation conditions in dining areas.
