摘要
覆膜好氧发酵及密闭式高温好氧发酵是两种厨余垃圾处理工艺。本文通过对比分析,研究两种农村厨余垃圾处理工艺的发酵过程、产物数据和能耗投入。结果表明,两种工艺均能达到厨余垃圾无害化要求,密闭式高温好氧发酵设备运营成本高、发酵周期短,覆膜好氧发酵周期长,发酵产物更可有效促进植物生长,两项工艺均需要进一步完善。
Film-covered aerobic fermentation and closed high-temperature aerobic fermentation are two kitchen waste treatment processes.Through comparative analysis,this paper studies the fermentation process,product data and energy input of two rural kitchen waste treatment processes.The results show that both processes can meet the requirements of harmless kitchen waste,the closed high-temperature aerobic fermentation equipment has high operating cost and short fermentation period,the film-covered aerobic fermentation cycle is long,and the fermentation product can effectively promote plant growth,both processes need to be further improved.
