风冷冰箱壁面传热对冰箱效率提升的研究

摘要 本文利用FloEFD仿真软件对风冷冰箱整机建立具有保温、制冷和风道系统稳定传热温度场仿真模型,分析不同出风风速对壁面传热影响,并根据国标GB 12021.2-2015家用电冰箱耗电量限定值及能源效率等级测试要求,测试不同风速下耗电量,结果表明:在本文载体冰箱上,风速变化除影响制冷风循环效率外,对壁面传热有直接影响,运行风速范围内1.2-2.8 m/s,当出风口风速达到1.7 m/s时,整机制冷效率和保温效果综合效率达到最优。 This work uses computational fluid dynamics software FloEFD to establish a stable heat transfer temperature field simulation model for the entire air-cooled refrigerator with heat preservation,refrigeration and air duct systems,and analyzes the influence of different wind speeds on the wall heat transfer.According to the national standard GB 12021.2-2015 household Refrigerator power consumption limit value and energy efficiency level test requirements,test power consumption at different wind speeds,the results show that:wind speed changes not only affect the efficiency of the refrigeration air cycle,but also have a direct impact on the heat transfer on the wall.The operating wind speed of the refrigerator is within 1.2〜2.8 m/s,when the air outlet speed reaches 1.7 m/s,the overall efficiency of the whole machine's refrigeration efficiency and heat preservation effect will reach the best。
