摘要
本文针对家用空调设备通电后出现电源保护开关跳闸的现象做研究分析,通过分析发现引起跳闸的原因为电器设备的泄露电流增大。本次试验选用将空气能热水器作为实验设备。来研究热水器中全封闭压缩机使用的两种常用润滑油PVE(醚类油)和POE(酯类油)对于泄露电流变化的影响。试验结果表明:两种润滑油的液位都会随着温度的变化而变化。在同等工况下根据压缩机腔体的液位高度来反应两种润滑油与制冷剂的溶解程度不同。同时实验数据表明泄露电流值的大小会随着液位高度的变化而变化。其研究结果可以为新产品开发时提供参考依据。
If the household air leakage protection switch trips when the household appliance is powered on for the first time,this paper will make an experimental test and analysis from the increase of leakage current,one of the reasons for the power on tripping of the protection switch.In this experiment,air energy water heater is selected as the experimental equipment.The effects of two common refrigerant oils PVE (ether oil) and POE (ester oil) used in fully enclosed compressor in water heater on the change of leakage current were studied.The test results show that the liquid level of the two refrigeration oils will change with the change of temperature.Under the same working conditions,according to the liquid level height data of the compressor cavity,the solubility of PVE refrigerant oil and refrigerant is higher.At the same time,the experimental data show that the leakage current will change with the change of liquid level height.The research results can provide a reference for the subsequent model development.
