摘要
针对空调器制冷量测试中传统热平衡法存在测试能力有限、测试成本高的问题,本文通过分析热平衡测试方法的原理,创新地提出将室内侧和室外侧分别放置被测机室内机、套间放置2台室外机的测试方法,实现增效和降成本。试验数据显示该测试方法同传统的测试方法相比,制冷(热)量误差在1.5%内,功率误差在1.0%内,满足空调器测试精度的要求,实现测试效率提升和测试成本的降低;同时用En值理论对创新方法和传统方法进行对比分析,En值小于1.0,比对结果满意,表明创新热平衡法的有效性。
In order to solve the problems of limited test capacity and high cost of the traditional heat balance method in the cooling capacity test of air conditioners,this paper analyzes the principle of the heat balance test method and innovatively proposes to place the two testing machines’ indoor unit in the indoor side and the outdoor side.The test data shows that this test method has a cooling (heating) error within 1.5 % and a power error within 1.0 % compared with the traditional test method,which meets the requirements of air conditioner test accuracy.And the improvement of test efficiency and the reduction of test costs are realized.The En value is used to compare and analyze the innovative method and the traditional method.The En value is less than 1.0,and the comparison result is satisfactory,which indicates the effectiveness of the innovative heat balance method.
