Research on the Design of French-type Converter Telescopic Dust-shutter

本文基于德法式伸缩防尘模块的设计过程,分析了目前防尘模块的应用在转换器领域的现状,并着重介绍了防尘模块的设计原理、设计思路以及设计难点。详细阐述了防尘模块在设计过程中的技术突破,并在产品设计过程中结合工业设计与人机工程学,对原有德法式转换器进行改进,最终设计研究了伸缩防尘门,填补了德法式产品市场空白,优化产品外观,提升了用户体验。

Based on the design process of the German-French telescopic dust-shutter module,this paper analyzes the current application status of the dust-shutter module in the socket field,and emphatically introduces the design principle,design idea and design difficulties of the dust-proof module.The technical breakthrough in the design process of the dust-shutter module is expounded in detail.In the product design process,the original German-French converter is improved by combining industrial design and ergonomics.The final design studies the telescopic dust-shutter,which fills the gap in the French product market,improves the product appearance and improves the user experience.
