摘要
本文提出了在高速旋转的破壁机刀片尖端增加类似于鲨鱼鳍刀尖的降低噪音方案。通过理论分析得到了刀片产生刀尖涡的原理,通过仿真分析得到了刀尖涡的分布区域。分析了鲨鱼鳍刀尖长度、刀尖圆角、刃口圆弧角等参数对破壁机噪音、功率、破损率的影响。得出了在刀片尖端增加鲨鱼鳍刀尖最高可降噪2~3 dB,刀片的粉碎率增加1%。
In this paper,a noise reduction scheme similar to shark fin tip is proposed to increase the blade tip of high-speed wall breaking machine.The principle of blade tip vortex is obtained through theoretical analysis,and the distribution area of blade tip vortex is obtained through simulation analysis.The effects of shark fin tip length,tip fillet and edge arc angle on the noise,power and damage rate of the wall breaker are analyzed.It is concluded that adding shark fin to the blade tip can reduce the noise by up to 2;3 dB and increase the crushing rate of the blade by 1 %.
