摘要
对电子电器产品中涉及化学物质的法规如ROHS,REACH-SVHC,WEEE,PAHs,进行测试项目结果分析及经验整理总结,归纳出了常见测试超标物质及探讨应对及解决方法,为相关送检企业提供日常生产及原材料采购方面的建议及参考,以期帮助出口企业节省产品设计方面的质量成本。
This paper summarized the failed items in EEE product chemical test,based on ROHS,REACH-SVHC,WEEE,PAHs directive requirements.This paper also analyzed the substances which contribute to the failure,suggested the corresponding strategy about deleting the root cause of failure.The suggestion will be the useful reference to those EEE product export enterprises on daily manufacturing&resourcing operation on cutting down their quality and design cost.
