新型催化剂Er^(3+)∶Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(x)/TiO_(2)对冰毒的超声催化降解 被引量:1

New catalyst Er^(3+)∶Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(x)/TiO_(2) and its ultrasonic catalytic degradation of methamphetamine

摘要 面对冰毒无害化处理的巨大现实需求,将上转光剂Er^(3+)∶Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)与TiO_(2)复合,通过超声分散和高温焙烧,制备了系列Er^(3+)∶Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(x)/TiO_(2)催化剂(x为Er^(3+)∶Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)在复合材料中的质量百分比).实验发现,该系列催化剂对冰毒具有较好的超声催化效果,其中,Er^(3+)∶Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(10)/TiO_(2)在超声功率为700 W、超声频率为45 kHz、溶液温度为30℃的条件下对冰毒水溶液(浓度为10 mg·L^(-1))超声2.5 h,降解率达到74.43%.甲基苯丙胺分子通过超声催化形成2-苯基环丙胺、苯丙胺、烯丙基苯等中间体,最终降解为H_(2)O、CO_(2)等无害小分子无机物质.该技术绿色环保,简便易行,极具推广价值. Facing the huge realistic demand for the harmless treatment of methamphetamine,a series of Er^(3+)∶Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(x)/TiO_(2) catalysts with different weight percent of Er^(3+)∶Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and calcination.It is found that the catalysts exhibits better ultrasonic catalytic effect on methamphetamine.And Er^(3+)Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(10)/TiO_(2) can degrade the aqueous solution of methamphetamine(10 mg·L^(-1))about 74.43%in 2.5 h under the condition of an ultrasonic power of 700 W,an ultrasonic frequency of 45 kHz and a solution temperature of 30℃.Methamphetamine molecules are finally degraded into harmless small-molecule inorganic substances,such as H_(2)O and CO_(2) through the formation of some intermediates like 2-phenylcyclopropylamine,amphetamine and allylbenzene.The technology is green and environmentally friendly,easy to operate,and of great promotion value.
