电控柜温度检测系统设计与实现

摘要 在工业中为了保证电力设备的正常运行,电力设备的实时在线监测和超限报警是十分重要的。通常需要大量的人力资源进行监测、检查等工作。为了提高效率,故此设计电柜温度检测系统,从而实现更加全面的设备管理和管控监测。该系统主要用于港口热像仪及其相关配套硬件设备的运行控制,相关数据的监测、采集、记录和设备运维管理,用户可以通过电脑,手机对相关设备进行远程控制,访问,检查设备工作情况,一个运动的传感器代替了传统多个传感器监控一个空间,视频,图像,数字等多种报警方式,支持历史数据,通过数据分析,延长设备使用寿命。基于物联网技术,通过手机,平板,电脑发送指令控制运动机构在某个指令区域内的定期巡检,热像仪将被监控区域内报警信息(视频,图片,数字)以及运动机构的工况及时反馈到手机,电脑等远程客户端的可控型移动式温度检测装置。 To ensure the normal operation of power equipment in the industry,real-time online monitoring and over-limit alarm of power equipment are very important.This usually requires a lot of human resources for monitoring,inspection,and other tasks.To improve efficiency,the electric cabinet temperature detection system is designed to achieve more comprehensive equipment management and control monitoring.The system is mainly used for the operation control of port thermal imaging cameras and related supporting hardware equipment,monitoring,collection,recording of related data,and equipment operation and maintenance management.Users can remotely control,access,and inspect related equipment through computers and mobile phones.Working conditions,a moving sensor replaces the traditional multiple sensors to monitor space,video,image,digital,and other alarm methods,support historical data,and extend the service life of the equipment through data analysis.Based on the Internet of Things technology,through mobile phones,tablets,computers to send instructions to control the regular inspection of the movement mechanism in a certain instruction area,the thermal imager will alarm information(video,picture,digital)and the working condition of the movement mechanism in the monitored area Timely feedback to the mobile phone,computer,and another remote client controllable mobile temperature detection device.
