电子设备耐湿热性设计思考

摘要 为了确保满足环境适应性要求,电子设备通常要进行“三防”设计,在产品设计过程,通常采用以往成熟产品的结构设计、材料和表面处理工艺方法,但对工艺过程和产品结构变化考虑的不够周全,会带来试验的失败,严格过程控制、充分确定特殊过程控制参数、对比分析结构是保证产品环境适应性的方法。 In order to meet the requirements of environmental adaptability,electronic equipment usually needs to carry out“Three Prevention”design.In the product design process,the structural design,materials and surface treatment process methods of previous mature products are usually adopted,but the process and product structure changes are not considered comprehensively,which will lead to test failure and strict process control Fully determining the special process control parameters and comparative analysis structure are the methods to ensure the environmental adaptability of products.
