基于ROV技术的超声杆件检测技术在深水导管架检测中运用

摘要 本文结合超声式杆件透水探测仪(FMD)检测技术和无人遥控潜水器(ROV)机械手搭载FMD探头可行性,进行车间测试,通过对机械手夹具工装的设计和改进,在现场验船师的见证下,使得超声式FMD-ROV杆件透水探测仪在南海海域导管架深水检测中得到了实际运用,推广该检测技术。 This paper combines the detection technology of ultrasonic flooding member detector(FMD)and remotely operated vehicle(ROV)the feasibility of carrying FMD probe on the manipulator was tested in the workshop.Through the design and improvement of the fixture and tooling of the manipulator and witnessed by the on-site surveyor,the ultrasonic ROV-Fmd technology was actually applied in the deep-water detection of jacket in the South China Sea,and the detection technology was popularized.
