摘要
课题小组设计了一款火龙果自动采摘收获机械,通过对火龙果采摘机的机械结构进行设计分析确定总体设计方案和技术指标,再对六自由度机械臂、图像处理系统、采摘机的主体设计和液压悬挂式系统等关键部位进行参数设计,同时采用SolidWorks对核心零部件建模并进行有限元分析,且进行了模拟果园采摘作业。模拟结果表明,该火龙果采摘机可以在繁杂的地形中高效地完成火龙果的采摘、运输工作,并保证果实质量,具有可行性。
The research group designed a pitaya picking machine.Through the design of the mechanical structure of the Pitaya picking machine,the overall scheme design and technical indicators were determined,and then the parameters of the six degree of freedom manipulator,image processing system,the main design of the picking machine and hydraulic suspension system were designed.At the same time,SolidWorks was used to model the core parts and conduct finite element analysis,and the picking operation in the simulated orchard was carried out.The simulation results show that the Pitaya picker can efficiently complete the picking and transportation of Pitaya in complex terrain and ensure the quality of fruit,which is feasible.
