摘要
以新一代阀门高压电磁阀为研究对象,针对高压电磁阀壳体和销钉连接处在高低温热学环境和振动冲击力学环境下密封失效的问题,展开了机理分析与试验研究,分析了销钉尺寸、装配方法对高压电磁阀密封性能的影响规律,揭示了加工工艺、装配方法与密封性能的对应关系。研究结果表明:采用合理的加工工艺控制销孔圆度和销钉圆柱度尺寸,保证销钉和销孔之间的过盈配合量并辅助自行设计的工艺装备,可以有效解决在热力学环境下高压电磁阀壳体销连接密封失效问题。
Taking the new generation of valve high pressure solenoid valve as the research object,in view of the problem of sealing failure of the high pressure solenoid valve shell and pin connection under high and low temperature thermal environment and vibration and impact mechanics environment,mechanism analysis and experimental research were carried out,and the pin size was analyzed.The influence law of assembly method on the sealing performance of high-pressure solenoid valve reveals the corresponding relationship between processing technology,assembly method and sealing performance.The research results show that the use of reasonable processing technology to control the roundness of the pin hole and the size of the pin cylindricity,ensure the interference fit between the pin and the pin hole and assist the self-designed process equipment,can effectively solve the high-pressure solenoid valve in the thermodynamic environment Seal failure of shell pin connection.
