摘要
老化试验是提高DC-DC电源模块产品批次可靠性的有效手段,对电源模块的壳温控制是老炼的关键。本文基于HTD-690N2系统,分析影响壳温的因素,通过改进老化夹具,增强排风系统等手段,有效控制壳温,解决单次老化试验效率低的问题。
Aging test is an effective means to improve the batch reliability of DC-DC power module,and the shell temperature control of the power module is the key to aging.In this paper,based on HTD-690N2 system,the factors affecting the shell temperature are analyzed.By improving the aging fixture and enhancing the exhaust system,the shell temperature is effectively controlled and the problem of low efficiency of single aging test is solved.
