湿热环境对飞机刹车摩擦性能研究

摘要 本文开展了湿热环境飞机制动摩擦片摩擦系数测试与性能研究,进行了湿热环境飞机制动摩擦片摩擦系数测试试验,通过典型工况的湿热环境稳态响应试验,研究了刹车材料湿热环境下的摩擦系数的拟合方法,获取了湿热环境下飞机刹车片摩擦系数特性。结论:刹车材料的摩擦系数与温度和湿度相关,保持湿度不变,温度越高,摩擦系数越小;在相同的温度下,湿度越大,摩擦系数越大。 In this paper,the friction coefficient test and performance research of aircraft brake friction pads in humid and hot environment are carried out,and the friction coefficient test test of aircraft brake friction pads in humid and hot environment is carried out.The friction coefficient fitting method of the proposed method is used to obtain the friction coefficient characteristics of aircraft brake pads in a humid and hot environment.Conclusion:The friction coefficient of brake materials is related to temperature and humidity.Keeping the humidity unchanged,the higher the temperature,the smaller the friction coefficient;at the same temperature,the greater the humidity,the greater the friction coefficient.
