单兵移动作业终端与智能运检技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Individual Mobile Operation Terminal and Intelligent Operation Inspection Technology

针对老旧配电房和户外独立的配电箱普遍智能化水平较低,导致配电房数据采集效率低、工作量大、准确性差等问题,本文研发一种基于单兵移动作业终端的高适应性和高可靠性配电房智能运检系统。首先提出一种移动作业终端采集电气设备运行状态传送到手机APP的配电房智能运检系统,接着介绍该配电房智能运检系统的整体方案,重点研究单兵移动作业终端的功能和主要的组成系统。所研发的单兵移动作业终端与智能运检系统已投入实际运行,运行结果表明了系统的有效性。

Aiming at the problems of low data acquisition efficiency,heavy workload and poor accuracy in the old distribution room and outdoor independent distribution boxes,in this paper,a highly adaptable and high-reliability distribution room intelligent operation and inspection system based on individual mobile operation terminals is developed.Firstly,an intelligent operation inspection system of distribution room is proposed,in which the mobile operation terminal collects the operation status of electrical equipment and transmits it to mobile app.Then it introduces the overall scheme of the intelligent operation inspection system of the power distribution room,focusing on the functions and main components of the individual mobile operation terminal.The developed individual mobile operation terminal and intelligent operation inspection system have been put into actual operation,and the operation results show the effectiveness of the system.
