摘要
研究飞机异种金属密封防护技术。根据飞机异种金属连接结构特点以及服役环境特点,选定相应的典型涂层加速试验环境谱和异种金属连接材料及防护工艺,使用多个层级防护工艺进行对比探讨,通过该飞机典型涂层加速试验环境谱开展加速腐蚀试验,验证所提出的密封防护工艺的优越性。加速试验3个周期,未采用任何防护工艺的I类试件腐蚀严重,使用防护工艺的II类试件有明显腐蚀,具有较完整防护工艺的III类试件只有轻微少量腐蚀,高标准防护体系的IV类试件完全无腐蚀现象,IV类防护工艺对腐蚀的预防最为全面,无特殊要求的情况下,推荐飞机异种金属连接处使用底漆+贴合面密封+紧固件湿装配及封包+面漆+缓蚀剂的完整防护体系进行防护。
To study the protection technology of dissimilar metal seals for aircraft.According to the characteristics of aircraft dissimilar metal connection structure and service environment,the corresponding typical coating accelerated test environment spectrum,dissimilar metal connection material and protection process are selected,and the multi-level protection process is used for comparative discussion.The accelerated corrosion test is carried out through the typical coating accelerated test environment spectrum of the aircraft to verify the superiority of the proposed sealing protection process.After three cycles of accelerated test,the corrosion of class I specimens without any protection process was serious,the corrosion of class II specimens with protection process was obvious,the corrosion of class III specimens with relatively complete protection process was only slight,and the corrosion of class IV specimens with high standard protection system was completely free.Class IV protection process is the most comprehensive for corrosion prevention.In case of no special requirements,it is recommended to use a complete protection system of primer+bonding surface seal+fastener wet assembly and package+top finish+corrosion inhibitor for aircraft dissimilar metal connection.
