王好古六合汤治疗妊妇伤寒、内伤病的方药经验探讨

Experience of WANG Hao-gu Liuhe Decoction in Treating Pregnant Women Exogenous Febrile Disease and Internal Injury

本文使用文献研究法,通过对王好古六合汤治疗妊妇伤寒、内伤病的组方用药经验,发现其以《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》为本,承张元素、李东垣之法立内外一统论之说,并以六经辨证为纲创制六合汤系列方论治妊妇伤寒、内伤病。研究发现在遣方用药方面,王好古重视因时制宜和药物的归经作用且四季用药各有侧重,用药善取药性之长,亦善用张仲景方中的药物组成药对,针对六经病证准确用药。王好古创造性地从六经辨治妊妇内伤杂病,其所创六合汤用药灵活变通、执简驭繁,对现今临床实践具有重要的参考意义。

This paper uses literature research method,focusing on WANG Hao-gu's Liuhe Decoction,to explore the prescription characteristics in the treatment of cold-induced disease and internal injuries;It found that WANG Hao-gu established the theory of internal and external unification based on Inner Canon of Huangdi and Treatise on Cold-induced and Miscellaneous,inheriting the method of ZHANG Yuan-su and LI Dong-yuan,and using the six meridian syndrome differentiation as a platform,creating a series of Liuhe decoction on treating cold-induced disease and internal injuries during pregnant.The research found that in terms prescription of medication,WANG Hao-gu attached great importance to the Qi of the four times and the effect of meridial distribution.The four seasons of medication have their own emphasis,and the medicines in the prescription are taking the advantage of the medicinal.He also made good use of medicine in Zhongjing prescription to form a medicine pair,and accurately used the medicines in accordance with the six meridian diseases.WANG Hao-gu creatively treated cold-induced disease and internal injuries by the six meridian.,His creation of Liuhe decoction is flexible,which has important reference significance to current clinical practice.
