刘英锋论“六经提纲”活用之法

针对《伤寒论》困惑古今的“六经提纲”意义之争,刘英锋教授秉承先师姚荷生伤寒学疾病分类的学术思想,提出基于正确认定六经生理实质与各经病证常变分类的基础上,对六经提纲分别进行大义解析,以求准确理解条文本义,并剖析各经疑惑所在,建立既知守常之法又懂通变之例的辩证思维观念,对太阳、厥阴二经的变证进行示范性重点举例论述,达到举一反三的目的,以期拓展辨证视野,丰富诊治思路,发挥并拓展六经提纲在指导临床辨证中的实际作用。

In view of the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease confused"six-channel outline"significance of ancient and modern,professor liu adhering to past Yao elucidating theory on Exogenous Febrile Disease classification of academic ideas,in cognizance images is presented based on the physical nature and all the disease often variable classification,on the basis of accurate understanding of specialty provision and analyzing the confusion of each channel,the use of constant,and then scale the same train of thought.The two meridians,Taiyang and Jueyin,are illustrated with examples to achieve the purpose of drawing inferences from one to the other,so as to expand the vision of syndrome differentiation and enrich the thinking of diagnosis and treatment,playing and expanding six-channel outline in clinical differentiation of practical guidance.
