古代先人在生产生活以及文化传承中,逐步形成了对于顺应自然和在自然中寻求规律的哲学认识,中医理论的起源、形成、发展都有着深刻烙印。通过比类自然界中水湿的形成,提出了人体湿邪致病理论,并基于对“自然之道”和“生活之理”的观察与顿悟,提出充满智慧的祛湿法,即以靠近火发汗驱除体内寒湿的体察创造发汗祛湿法;通过敦土来疏利水患以及五行规律的总结,发明了培土制水法;以茶壶结构比类人体脏腑构造,并基于气压认识创制宣肺利水法;对于凌汛的自然规律及制陶工艺技术的体悟,确立温肾利水法。探讨祛湿法的发生学原理,对认识其他治法发生学原理及其临床应用,具有抛砖引玉的作用。

In production,life and cultural inheritance,ancient ancestors gradually formed a philosophical understanding of conforming to nature and seeking laws in nature.The origin,formation and development of traditional Chinese medicine theory have a profound brand.By comparing the formation of water and dampness in nature,the pathogenic theory of dampness in human body is put forward.Based on the observation and epiphany of‘the way of nature’and‘the principle of life’,this paper puts forward a wise method of eliminating dampness:sweating close to the fire to expel the cold and dampness in the body,creating the method of eliminating dampness by sweating;The method of cultivating soil to make water was invented through the summary of the law of five elements;Based on the understanding of air pressure,the method of dispersing lung and promoting diuresis was created;For the understanding of the natural law of ice flood and pottery making technology,the method of warming kidney and promoting diuresis was established.To explore the genetic principle of Qushi is helpful to understand the genetic principle and clinical application of other therapies.
