基于数据挖掘分析中渚穴现代主治优势病症和配伍规律

Analysis of the Modern Dominant Indications and Compatibility Regularity of Zhongzhu(TE3)Based on Data Mining

目的:分析中渚穴现代主治优势病症和腧穴配伍规律。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed和Web of Science等数据库为主要检索源,建立中渚单穴、配伍主治病症和配伍腧穴等数据库,运用数据挖掘技术进行复杂网络分析、关联分析和聚类分析。结果:共纳入文献443篇,单穴主治病症25种,优势病症为落枕、急性腰扭伤和肩周炎等5种,配伍主治病症79种,优势病症为耳鸣、神经性耳聋和颈椎病等12种。配伍腧穴以五输穴、交会穴和原穴等特定穴为主,高频腧穴为合谷、翳风、外关和听会等22穴,得到3系9类中渚配伍组合,配伍经脉以足少阳胆经频次最高,阳经腧穴多于阴经。结论:中渚穴主治范围广泛,以外科病症为主,耳鸣为核心优势病症,特定穴多重配伍和聚类处方的灵活组合,有助于为教学、临床和科研提供借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the modern dominant indications and compatibility regularity of Zhongzhu(TE3).Methods:The relevant literature regarding TE3 was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,etc.Three databases were established with the retrieved data,including single-acupoint indications database,compatible acupoints indications database and compatible acupoints database.With the aid of data mining,complex network analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis were completed.Results:A total of 443 articles were included,in which there were 25 kinds of single-point indications and 79 kinds of compatible acupoints indications.Among the single-acupoint indications,there were 5 dominant ones,including stiff neck,acute lumbar muscle sprain,frozen shoulder,etc.Among the compatible acupoints indications,there were 12 dominant ones,including tinnitus,neurological deafness,cervical spondylosis,etc.In the aspect of compatibility,TE3 was often used in combination with specific points,such as the Five-shu acupoints,the crossing acupoints,the Yuan-primary acupoints,etc.There were 22 high-frequency compatible acupoints,such as Hegu(LI4),Yifeng(TE17),Waiguan(TE5),Tinghui(GB2),etc.The results of hierarchic cluster analysis showed that the 3 groups of acupoint prescriptions could be subdivided into 9 groups.The Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian of Foot was the one with the highest frequency among the compatible meridians.Compared with the Yin meridian,the Yang meridian played a more significant role.Conclusion:TE3 can be applied in most clinical practice,especially in surgical diseases.Tinnitus is the core dominant indication of TE3.The multiple combinations with specific acupoints and flexible cluster prescriptions may provide a reference for teaching,clinical practice and scientific research.
