中医特色疗法在女性不孕症中的应用研究

Application Research Advancement of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Therapy for Treating Female Infertility

近年来不孕症在女性中发病率逐年上升,已然成为严重影响女性身心健康和家庭和谐的复杂病症。目前国内外相关研究均表明中医特色疗法在治疗女性不孕症方面有显著疗效,可有效改善卵细胞质量和子宫内膜容受性,提高患者临床妊娠率,但系统的归纳与总结较少。故通过检索国内外数据库中常见中医特色疗法应用于治疗女性不孕疾病显示有效的相关文献,分别从针灸、腔内理疗、穴位疗法、中药足浴等中医特色疗法进行论述,对近年来应用于治疗女性不孕疾病的常见中医特色疗法进行归纳和总结,以期为中医特色疗法治疗女性不孕疾病方面提供更全面的科学依据。

In recent years,the incidence of infertility among women has been increasing year by year,which has become a complex disease that seriously affects women's physical and mental health,as well as family harmony.At present,relevant studies at home and abroad have shown that TCM characteristic therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of female infertility,which can effectively improve the quality of oocyte and endometrial receptivity,and improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients,but there are few systematic induction and summary.Therefore,through searching the relevant literatures on the application of TCM characteristic therapies in the treatment of female infertility in domestic and foreign databases,and discussing the TCM characteristic therapies from the perspectives of acupuncture and moxibustion,intracavitary physiotherapy,acupoint therapy,foot bath and other TCM characteristic therapies respectively to summarize the common TCM characteristic therapies applied in the treatment of female infertility in recent years,in order to provide a more comprehensive scientific basis for the treatment of female infertility with TCM characteristic therapy.
