摘要
当代大学生是未来市场、战场的主力军,他们的综合能力将在很大程度上决定我国综合实力,其中学生的创新能力是促进社会进步、科技发展的核心能力之一。空军工程大学(以下简称“我校”)机械电子工程是实战化与新工科背景下为作战部队培养机械类指技融合的高素质、专业性技术军事人才而开设的专业。研究与探索如何培养和提高该专业学员创新能力对我军军事发展具有重要意义,文章从专业知识结构体系、教育教学模式、创新实践平台、教学手段方法、人才培养渠道五个维度深入分析我校机械电子工程专业学员创新能力培养存在的问题以及改进措施,实践表明改革后的人才培养模式取得较好成效。
The future comprehensive strength of a country is determined to a large extent by the contemporary student'scomprehensive ability,while the student's innovative ability is one of the core abilities to promote social progress and technological development.In order to cultivate high-quality and professional technical military talents,the major of mechatronic engineering was established in our university in recent years.Therefore,it is necessary as well as significant to study and explore how to improve these students'innovative ability.After analyzing the old knowledge system,teaching mode,practical platform,teaching method and training approach,improving measures are proposed and implemented,which have achieved good results.
