摘要
围绕林学硕士研究生教育培养的目标,解析跨专业研究生在学习过程中面临的专业基础知识薄弱、课程设置与研究内容联系紧密性不高、对实验设计的理解与自主研究能力不足等困境,文章从思政教育、架构林学学科知识体系、拓宽学习途径、加强实践教学、重视导师在硕士研究生培养中的作用等方面阐述跨专业林学硕士研究生教育培养,探索出有利于跨专业研究生自主学习,增强实践技能,提高学术水平的培养途径,进而提高跨专业硕士研究生培养质量,培养出更加符合社会需求的复合型人才。
This paper focuses on the objectives of forestry master's degree education and training,analyzes the difficulties faced by interdisciplinary master's degree students in the process of study,such as weak basic professional knowledge,poor connection between curriculum and research content,insufficient understanding of experimental design and independent research ability,etc.This paper elaborates on the cultivation of interdisciplinary master's degree students from the aspects of ideological education,structuring the knowledge system of forestry disciplines,broadening learning paths,strengthening practical teaching,and emphasizing the role of supervisors in the cultivation of master's degree students.This paper elaborates on the education and cultivation of interdisciplinary forestry master's degree students,exploring the cultivation pathways that are conducive to independent learning,enhancing practical skills and improving academic level of interdisciplinary master's degree students,thus improving the quality of interdisciplinary master's degree students'cultivation and cultivating composite talents that better meet the needs of society.
