摘要
智能分类垃圾桶应用日趋广泛,社会、企业纷纷对智能分类垃圾桶有所需求。本文设计了一种新型智能分类垃圾桶,主要对其底盘移动进行了机械设计、智能部分电气系统设计。机械设计主要是智能垃圾桶三轮底盘、桶身桶盖的设计,电气系统的设计包含了舵机、语音识别模块、人体红外感应模块及传感器。通过各模块的结合,设计了智能分类垃圾桶。通过实验验证了该模块具备智能、循迹、分类装配以及自动分类的功能,通过平台调节可以在室内自如地给人们带来便利。
Intelligent classification garbage can is widely used,and society and enterprises have a demand for intelligent garbage can.In view of this demand,the system adopts modular design,mainly including the mechanical design and electrical system design of the training module.The mechanical design is mainly the design of intelligent garbage can three wheel chassis,barrel body and cover.The electrical system design includes steering gear,speech recognition module,human body infrared sensor module and sensor.Through the combination of each module,the intelligent sorting garbage can is designed.Through the experiment,the module has intelligent,tracking,classification assembly and automatic classification.It can bring convenience to people in the room through the platform adjustment.
