项目导向下应用型本科院校国际化人才培养

International Talents Cultivation of the Application-oriented Universities from the Project-oriented Perspective

应用型本科院校由于受政策渠道和环境条件等制约,国际化人才培养相对滞后,难以满足地方经济社会发展对国际化人才的需求。应用型本科院校通过成立专项研究课题组、搭建校企合作平台、引项目进校、组建互助型师生研发团队承接项目研发、将项目成果植入教学环节等措施加强与企业深度对接,提高国际化人才培养与社会需求的匹配度,为地方经济社会发展培养具有国际竞争力的高层次应用型人才。

Due to the constraints of policy channels and environmental conditions,the application-oriented universities are relatively lagging in the cultivation of international talents,and it is difficult to meet the needs of local economic and social development for international talents.The application-oriented universities should establish a special research project group,build a school-enterprise cooperative platform,introduce projects to school,set up a mutual-aid research and development team of teachers and students to undertake project research and development and implant project results into teaching links,which is conductive to the in-depth docking between universities and enterprises,the improvement of matching between the training of international talents and social needs,and the cultivation of high-level application-oriented talents with international competitiveness for local economic and social development.
