PHEV混动变速箱无同步器换挡台架测试研究

摘要 为了实现PHEV无同步换挡,使用一对啮合齿轮通过啮合前调速同步实现换挡过程,实现平顺无噪音,且减少对硬件的损伤。通过搭建无同步器换挡仿真模型进行仿真分析,在仿真中通过设置换挡速度、换挡一对齿轮速差、齿套锁止角、齿套与齿尖之间距离缩短量等因子,分析对无同步器换挡的影响,进一步通过搭建无同步器台架,进行台架测试,制定各项评分标准,找出影响无同步器换挡主要因子,确认一对啮合齿轮速差对无同步器换挡是主要因素。 In order to achieve synchronous shift of PHEV,a pair of meshing gears is used to synchronize the speed before meshing to achieve smooth and noiseless shift process and reduce damage to hardware.Through constructing without synchronizer shifting simulation model for the simulation analysis,by setting the factors including shift in the simulation speed,the shift of a pair of gear speed difference,tooth set of locking angle,the shortend distance between the teeth and tooth quantity this paper aims to analyce the influence on without synchronizer gear shift,and a further study through the building without synchronizer test bench,bench test is conducted,and the criteria is developed to find out main factors influencing without synchronizer shifting,so as to confirm that the speed difference between a pair of meshing gears is the main factor in shifting without synchronizer.
