基于体素及基于表面积形态测量学方法观察早盲青少年脑皮层形态学改变 被引量:4

摘要 目的基于颅脑MRI,评价以基于体素的形态测量学(VBM)及基于表面积的形态测量学(SBM)方法观察早盲青少年(EBA)脑皮层形态学改变的可行性。方法选取23例EBA(EBA组)及21名视力正常的青少年志愿者(对照组),采集2组颅脑高分辨率3D-T1WI。以VBM方法分析2组间皮层体积(CV)差异有统计学意义的脑区;采用SBM方法测量皮层厚度(CT)、CV及表面积(SA),比较组间各结构指标的差异。结果VBM结果显示,EBA组右侧距状沟及左侧额中回CV较对照组显著减小(P均<0.05)。SBM结果显示,与对照组比较,EBA组左侧距状沟旁、左侧楔叶、左侧颞上回及右侧枕外侧回CT增加(P均<0.05),而左侧顶上小叶及右侧舌回CT减低(P均<0.05);双侧距状沟旁、左侧额中回前部CV减小(P均<0.05);双侧距状沟旁、双侧舌回及左侧楔叶SA减小(P均<0.05)。结论EBA可致脑皮层形态学改变;采用SBM和VBM方法均可基于颅脑MRI观察相关改变。 Objective To explore the feasibility of voxel-based morphological(VBM)and surface-based morphometry(SBM)analysis for observation on brain cortical morphology changes in early blind adolescents(EBA)based on cranial MRI.Methods Twenty-three EBA(EBA group)and 21 adolescents with normal vision(control group)were enrolled,and high-resolution 3 D-T1 WI were acquired.VBM method was used to analyze the brain regions with significant differences of cortical volume(CV)between groups,while SBM method was used to measure cortical thickness(CT),CV and surface area(SA),and the differences of structural indexes were compared between groups.Results VBM analysis results showed that CV of right calcarine sulcus and left middle frontal gyrus in EBA group were significantly decreased compared with control group(both P<0.05).SBM analysis results showed that compared with control group,EBA group had significantly increased CT in left pericalcarine sulcus,left cuneus,left superior temporal gyrus,and right lateral occipital gyrus,while decreased CT in left superior parietal lobule and right lingual gyrus;EBA group had significant CV loss in bilateral pericalcarine sulcus and left rostral middle frontal gyrus;EBA group had significantly reduced SA in bilateral pericalcarine sulcus,bilateral lingual gyrus and left cuneus(all P<0.05).Conclusion Morphological changes of cerebral cortex occurred in EBA.Both SBM and VBM methods could be used to observe relative changes based on cranial MRI.
