摘要
本文通过信息采集、调研和分析,从奶牛养殖和乳制品加工两个方面回顾了黑龙江省2021年奶业发展,以数据为基础对存在的问题进行深入分析,并对2022年黑龙江省奶业形势进行预测,着力叙述解决奶业发展问题的方法和措施,以供奶业决策者参考和奶业从业人员借鉴。
Through information collection,research and analysis,this paper reviewed the dairy industry development in Heilongjiang Province in 2021 from two aspects of dairy farming and dairy processing,and made in-depth analysis of the existing problems based on data and predicted the dairy industry situation in Heilongjiang Province in 2022,focusing on the methods and measures to solve the dairy industry development problems.It can be used for reference by dairy industry decisionmakers and dairy industry practitioners.
