摘要
饲料原料中的霉菌毒素污染给规模化牧场健康生产带来了不利影响,也为原料奶质量安全管控带来了极大挑战。黑龙江省是奶业大省,为了摸清黑龙江省饲料原料的霉菌毒素污染情况,本文使用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对黑龙江省5家规模化牧场饲料原料进行了6种常见霉菌毒素的检测,分析不同饲料原料的霉菌毒素污染情况。得出风险较高的霉菌毒素是呕吐毒素,风险较低的毒素是赭曲霉毒素A;不同规模化牧场不同饲料原料的霉菌毒素污染情况不同,建议黑龙江省各规模牧场应针对不同的饲料原料制定不同的霉菌毒素监控方案和防控措施,以降低其对奶牛生产性能的影响。
Mycotoxin contamination in feed raw materials has adversely affected the healthy production of largescale pastures,and also brought great challenges to the quality and safety control of raw milk.Heilongjiang province is the largest dairy industry,in order to understand the mycotoxin contamination situation of feed ingredients in Heilongjiang province,this article uses the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)to detect six kinds of mycotoxins in feed raw materials of five large-scale dairy farms and analyze the situation of mycotoxin contamination in different feed ingredients.It was concluded that a higher risk of mycotoxin was vomiting toxins,the low-risk toxin is ochratoxin A.It was suggested that different scale farms in Heilongjiang province should develop different mycotoxin monitoring programs and control measures for different feed materials in order to reduce the influence of mycotoxin on dairy cow performance.
