摘要 推进农作物秸秆综合利用,是提升农村耕地质量、改善农业农村生态环境、加快农业绿色低碳发展、助力“双碳”工作的重要举措。氨化处理农作物秸秆,推进氨化秸秆养牛羊技术产业化,可以促进秸秆饲料转化增值,减少粮食消耗,提升秸秆在种养循环中的纽带作用,壮大秸秆养牛羊产业。试验证明,经过氨化处理的秸秆,粗蛋白质含量可提高100%~150%,粗纤维含量降低10%,有机物消化率可提高20%以上,可显著提高牛羊的适口性和消化利用率。 Promoting the comprehensive utilization of crop straw is an important measure to improve the quality of rural cultivated land,improve the agricultural and rural ecological environment,accelerate the green and low-carbon development of agriculture and help the"double carbon"work.Ammoniating crop straw and promoting the industrialization of ammoniated straw cattle and goats raising technology can promote the transformation and value-added of straw feed,reduce food consumption,enhance the link role of straw in the planting and breeding cycle,and expand the straw cattle and goats raising industry.The test showed that the ammoniated straw can increase the content of crude protein by 100%~150%,reduce the content of crude fiber by 10%,and increase the digestibility of organic matter by more than 20%,which can significantly improve the palatability,digestion and utilization of cattle and goats.
