摘要 基于互不作用的多组分体系各组分吸光度具有加和性的特点,建立了分光光度—图片比色联用法同时测定混合溶液中苏丹红Ⅱ和苏丹红Ⅲ浓度的方法。在苏丹红Ⅱ和苏丹红Ⅲ的最大吸收波长474 nm和504 nm处,测得混合溶液的吸光度,在各组分吸光度与颜色量值X_(R)、X_(G)、X_(B)关系的基础上,依据行列式克莱姆法则,结合各组分浓度与颜色量值的关系推算出各组分的浓度。结果表明,二组分苏丹红标准系列的吸光度与X_(R)和X_(B)线性关系较优,在对照实验中,两者测定浓度的结果具有良好的一致性,与标准浓度对比,发现苏丹红Ⅱ浓度准确度较高,能初步预测苏丹红Ⅲ的浓度。本方法具有操作简便、成本低廉、无需大型仪器设备,为多组分有色染料成分测定提供一种新的思路。 Based on the addition of the absorbance of each component in the noninteractive multicomponent system,a method for simultaneous determination of the concentration of SudanⅡand SudanⅢin the mixed solution is established with spectrophotometricpicture colorimetric method.The absorbance of the mixed solution is measured at the optimum wavelengths of SudanⅡ(474 nm)and SudanⅢ(504 nm).On the basis of the relationship between the absorbance of each component and the color value XR、XG、XB,according to the determinant Cramer’s rule,the relationship between the concentration of each component and the color value is combined to calculate the concentration.The results show that the absorbance of the twocomponent Sudan standard series has a good linear relationship with XR and XB.In the control experiment,the concentration results of two determinations are in good agreement.Compared with the standard concentration,the accuracy of the concentration of SudanⅡis found higher,which can predict the concentration of SudanⅢ.The method has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,no need for largescale equipment,which can provide a new idea for the determination of multicomponent colored dye components.
