摘要
稀土永磁材料因其优异磁性能在高科技行业得以广泛应用,以永磁材料为核心的永磁装置在磁场空间的磁场力变化特性是永磁装置设计的重要内容。通过有限元数值模拟方法分析了一对同规格矩形磁体在充磁方向和垂直充磁平面两个正交方向的磁力变化特性,并通过自制的磁力测试装置对有限元结果进行验证。得出矩形磁体空间运动过程中磁力变化规律,为进行磁力装置设计,组合优化磁路提供参考。
The rare earth permanent magnet materials are widely used in high-tech fields because of its excellent magnetic properties, and used as core component in permanent magnet devices, thus the magnet characteristics in space are important for design. Using finite element numerical algorithm analyses magnetic force change characteristics of two rectangular magnets with exactly the same size in the magnet pole direction and two tangential direction orthogonal to the magnet pole direction. The establishment of magnetic force measurement device verifies the numerical algorithm analysis.The magnetic force change characteristics of rectangular magnets in space could provide useful guidance for permanent magnet devices design and optimization.
